Hamilton Port Authority Railroad

Hi all - I was staying in Hamilton last week and caught a few movements near the port area but all the trains were suing CN or CP power. Does Hamilton Port Authority have their own units or is it just a holding company for the track itself and both Class I's use the lines? Thanks.

Its CN & CP that run the harbour track!
