Oh, yay, now the TSB wants to bring PTC to Canada. I guess they're conveniently ignoring the various issues that have yet to be solved south of the line.

The TSB is doing their job.  The implementation of their recommendations which is based on the evidence gathered in their investigation is the responsibility of others, such as the railways and Transport Canada.

And the TSB has the same power as the NTSB, not much more then unenforceable recommendations.
