Since the St. Stephen excursion wasn't even boarding passengers until 11:00 (Fall Excursion on the NB Southern) we spent the first part of October 4th going after NB Southern train 120, which had left McAdam about 07:00.  By 09:45 the fog was starting to lift and the train had reached Grand Bay, mile 11 of the McAdam Sub.  A section crew was in place for a roll-by inspection and would get an OCS clearance to inspect the track after the train had passed.  Train speeds have gradually increased as more work gets done on the track.  Maximum speed of 25 mph has improved to 40 in many places between McAdam and Dever Rd. Yard.
