Saw a shot of CN 7100 at what must have been on the NS at Chattanooga Tn. 4 Axle unit kinda looked like a Battery Powered Unit with perhaps a Cat Eng in rear of long hood. Rides on EMD Trucks. What is it if indeed new?  Ben

Apparently a KLW Unit. Model Q19-2.4H. Was on NS. Not sure history tho. Def. a different looking locomotive. Shots on FB. Ben
