Amtrak trains return to Vancouver

After a short period where the trains were replaced by buses, trains have returned.

Notice there are no shunter issues raised with 3 car Amfleet trains on the BNSF or CN, albeit topped and tailed.

The Cascades use very little CN trackage, and what they do use is at low speed.
