Finland: mining loco

Today was in Helsinki Museum of Technology (Tekniikan museo) and saw this small loco from the mines of Outukumpu, East Finland.
There are a few more cars behind, but I didn't have a flash.

Was that standard gauge track? Seems large for a mining operation.

I think it is 1 meter or less. I didn't have time to check.
