France: a Mysterious Sign for April 1st...

This is a true sign used by a railroad...but what service might it be? :D

My apologies, I've ran this on Trainorders before, but it seems like we need some refreshing to basics on European railroading.

Yes! I enjoy their double meaning on this sign...inverted super high speed service runs by definition on snail's speed!
