West Coast Rail Company - Prohibition Notice lifted

Looks as though WCRC is back in business, the ORR have lifted their prohibition notice after a number of safety related 'assurances' were received from the CEO (who is also the principal shareholder). Must admit I'm surprised, given that similar 'assurances' were received last year from the same source but still WCRC fell foul of the regulator. Lets hope this time they've learnt their lesson.

Doubt it, but I'm with you, less hope so. This is their what, third chance? You all are lucky they're still going. No of us want to see steam limited to just one TOC.

Now comes the hard part. Making sure that everybody follows all of the rules all of the time.
Because you know they will be watched very carefully.
