European Railroad Discussion > Building work at Finse?Date: 06/29/17 00:14 Building work at Finse? Author: marku51 I checked the webcam this morning (07:45 UK, 08:45 Norway) to find quite a bit of work going on at Finse. I've seen some other building supplies there recently, but nothing to this extent. I assume that the large pallets were unloaded from the flatcars (this was done before I was watching), and they were still unloading from the container at the end. The train stayed there until just after 9:00 Norway time, but I don't know how long it had been there for.

Today(Thursday) at 4:48 am (Norway Time) a train stopped in fronton the hotel to have supplies unloaded Date: 06/29/17 12:00 Re: Building work at Finse? Author: RNinRVR This is a good time of year to get large loads of supplies in since the hotel is closed until late July or early August.

Norwegians take their skiing and getting out into the countryside very seriously, many of them own cabins in the mountains. Date: 06/30/17 06:38 Re: Building work at Finse?
