Are there such things as working timetables for NS (Dutch Railways)? Curious about the line from Venlo to Eindhoven. Thanks. J. Date: 08/22/17 21:53 Re: Dutch working timetables Author: SOO6617 Not that I have found, however the Passenger Timetables are available on the NS(Nederland Spoorweg) website.
Freight timetables can be found here listed by the individual freight company(open access). http://www.rolandrail.net/drgl/dltdr.html Most freight trains do not operate daily, look in the column labeled Dagen for the days of operation. zo = Sunday, ma = Monday, di = Tuesday, wo = Wednesday, do = Thursday, vr = Friday, za = Saturday other letters imply special days like not operating on holidays. Table of abbreviations for terminals are here; http://www.rolandrail.net/drgl/afko.htm As far as I am aware the border crossing at Emmerich is still closed to freight due to a project to increase capacity on the German side of the border, so both the Venlo and Bad Bentheim border crossings should be seeing extra traffic. |
