Thanks. I wasn't aware of this line. The translation is interesting. For some reason, when translating German to English, they word for riding the train is "driving" making it seem everyone can actually drive the train!

Yes, driving and riding are the same in German: "fahren". Which also explains why Germans with rudimentary English skills talk about how they "drove their bike to work".
