Not related to the TfL Crossrail project in London. This Crossrail is a Belgian company that serves the port of Antwerp. No idea what it's doing in Cologne.

I guess these things roam quite freely then. Their Wikipedia page doesn't mention Cologne, although it does mention Aachen West.
