Train compositions

This is an entertaining and potentially useful website

It basically shows the consists of different types of train - IC (Intercity), EC (Eurocity) EN (Euronight) etc etc - for a variety of mainly central and southern European operators. And there are links to photographs of car interiors, menus in bar and dining cars and so on. Hours of fun :-)

Looks like ill have to cancel the rest of the week's plans.  This is going to take some time.  Rode 38 trains in 37 days through 12 countries in Europe last year.  It will be fun to retrace my itinerary.  Thanks for a very thorough site.
