European Railroad Discussion > From a different BR Wayback MachineDate: 07/24/18 06:00 From a different BR Wayback Machine Author: gbmott With a nod to Duncan for having started this, here are three of mine from 1984-5.
1. 26034 at Kyle of Lochalsh, 8-84 2. 37025 at Strathcarron 9-20-85 3. 37260 at Kyle (?) 8-84 Gordon Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 07/24/18 06:00 by gbmott. Date: 07/24/18 06:20 Re: From a different BR Wayback Machine Author: gbmott OK, one sequence from July 1991 that, I think, reflects a BR that pretty much doesn't exist today. This was a 'box on the freight-only branch that served a coal-fired power station near Ironbridge. Perhaps one of you Brits can flesh out the details a bit.

It was surprising it lasted that long but owner RWE converted to biomass for the last couple of years. Date: 07/24/18 17:07 Re: From a different BR Wayback Machine Author: gbmott march_hare Wrote:

Gordon Date: 07/24/18 21:25 Re: From a different BR Wayback Machine Author: dwatry Gosh I've got one from 1980 from Kyle of Lochalsh remarkably similar with a Class 26, but with some freight, er - goods, wagons. Check it out!
