"Train station.?"  Clearly this isn't a station at all. Looks more like an engine shed with no actual trains in sight. More  uneducated inaccurate reporting by the media. Also strange they used the term "train" station. In the U.K. the proper term is "railway" station.

The video shows the Locomotive servicing facility at Mannheim Rangierbahnhof, a few kilometers east of central Mannheim.
