Switching in Daugavpils

Drove to Daugavpils in Latvia this afternoon after a frustrating morning on the non electrified line from Kaisiadorys to Klaipeda. Couldn't understand why it was so quiet until I came to the bridge over the Neris River at Jonava. There was a work detail and the railway was in effect shut. So I headed to Daugavpils somewhat earlier than expected.

I shot this ChME3 switcher returning from servicing local industry.
