Big jamboree this weekend on the WHR, mainly between Porthmadog and Beddgelert. One draw is the appearance, from the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway of 2-6-2T Russell, the only surviving original North Wales Narrow Gauge Railway locomotive, which worked over the WHR until closure in 1937.
