Quite a station. Perhaps time to plan a trip to Spain once restrictions are lifted.

Before you get too excited...it closed as a train station in 1972 (when train services were relocated to an underground through-running line) and has served in part as a bus station since then: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estaci%C3%B3_del_Nord_(Barcelona) The nearby Franca station is no less pleasant, however, and still has train services, albeit mostly local (since opening of the TGV from France the international services end at the modern Sants station across town). Barcelona is a beautiful, beautiful city, however, and definitely worth a visit! |
