Klais Bahnhof is advertised as the highest Intercity Railway station in Germany at 933 meters (~3000 feet) above sea level. It's between Munich and Innsbruck, Austria, 07.08.2005.

They are wrong. The Harz  Brocken Mountain Station  is 1,125 meters.

But Brocken is not an Intercity Railway station.  Gerry
