It turned out to be three box wagons off maintenance bound to join a set for a new flow of stone from Bristol. Better than a poke in the eye with a pointed stick I suppose.
A pair of ex-Abellio Greater Anglia 25kV class 317 EMUs on their final journey to Sims in Newport Docks for scrapping On April 8th TfW ran a timing run from Cardiff to Holyhead and back, one of the routes the Mk 4 stock will be deployed on. Thanks, we do get a fair amount of rain in Wales but the last two weeks have been, for the most part, dry but cold. Date: 04/13/21 14:16 Re: March into April Author: 86235 Sims are certainly busy at the moment, the two 317s I shot last week, a trio of Northern Pacers on Friday, two more AGA 317s from Ely yesterday and today two AGA Dusty Bins (class 321) from Clacton, here descending towards the Severn Tunnel. ROG 57312 was the power.

I've never been a great fan of the Mk 3 derived MUs, diesel or electric; cramped interiors, poor seat / window alignment, narrow doors, noisy and rough riding power cars (on the EMUs). |
