Sunrise at Padeborg

October 2014 and just a few days until the last night train to/from Copenhagen makes its final trip. Here at Padeborg, Dk. the Citynightline mix of cars from points south waits on time. The DB motor was shuffled away by a pint size Danish yard unit and I'll jump back on for the couple hour trip to Copenhagen. Maybe this scene will repeat itself again with the new found trendiness for overnight service.

Enjoyable images -- thanks. Yes, let's hope that the revived interest in overnight sleeper services continues. OBB seems to be having success with it. I keep hoping that things improve enough on the pandemic front that a trip to Europe and some time on those NightJet cars will come to pass. Looking forward to it.
