A Few Norwegian Grab Shots
Author: SvenMolson

Hallo from Norway.  The following are some "grab" shoots.

1. The Bodo to Trondheim morning arrival.  Trondheim 04/29/23
2.  The Trondheim to Bodo train being spotted at the Trondheim Station
3.   There is light at the end of the tunnel.

A new Eurodual unit from Stadler.  They it has a CAT prime mover but it sounds like an EMD to me.

Caught at Mo i Rana, Norway 04.28.2023

1.  Cargo Net 68 902 at Bodo 04.28.2023
2.  It doesn't look like an SD40-2 but inside, it's close.  It even has ac traction
3. It takes 43 of these to make an SD45.
Ha det bra,
Sven Molson

Tac, Sven.  My son and I rode from Trondheim to Bodo 30.05.2012.  #4652 pulled our n/b train and we met a s/b train led by #4655 at Dunderland.  It was a great ride.  We also met the s/b freight at Mo i Rana pulled by Cargo Net Vossloh #2556.  #226 10 worked in the Trondheim yard then too. Gerry

Hey Sven,
I think that first shot is the Hottest News possible on TO. Shot today and posted today!

BTW  I gather that you rode the Night train from Bodo?

PS You make me want to go back and rerun the original NRK Bodo Video!!
