I know nothing else about it. Anyone with knowledge of British ops able to help? Was this a DB Cargo UK train? Or was someone using their power? Was this an excursion for enthusiasts? For shippers?

There is a Nemesis Rail facility at Burton-on-Trent, who have hired out coaching stock for a special movement. DB Cargo power is hired in to haul the move.
