Cycling the UK
Author: 2-10-2

I'll be doing a bicycle tour from Land's End (Penzance) up to John o'Groats (near Inverness) starting this Sunday. I fly from the US on Wed to Heathrow, then take the train from Paddington to Penzance on Saturday. At the end of the tour (1,000 mi. in 14 days), I'll take the Calendonian sleeper from Inverness back to London.
Wish I had more time to enjoy the British rail system, but looking forward to any chances I have to watch trackside along the way.
Thanks to those in the UK who post such beautiful photos of the English countryside on TO! It's a big motivator to see areas that I might encounter along the way.

Awesome!  What's your estimated time for the ride?

I think your question is answered in my initial post, unless I’m misunderstanding what you’re asking
