Railroaders' Nostalgia > AFT Maps Dayton to Huntington

June 22, 1976
Another one where I don't have the complete info. The route was B&O to Cincinnati, C&O to Huntington. (Some of the paperwork simply says B&O/C&O, buy it was all under the Chessie name in '76) I have supporting records that show hoppers spotted in Stevens and Cincinnati, I think we took coal & water in Stevens- not sure after that. The site in Huntington is a good guess based on my photos & memory- but I don't have the official documents. I'm 99% sure this is right. Apx. 228 miles total.

C&O from Cincinnati to Huntington, present route of the Cardinal.
