Railroaders' Nostalgia > AFT Maps Cumberland to HarrisburgDate: 07/02/14 14:43 AFT Maps Cumberland to Harrisburg Author: BoilingMan July 1, 1976
I don't have the official synopsis for this move, but I have other documents that help define this move. Chessie (WM) Cumberland to York, then Conrail (PRR) to Harrisburg. Total apx 182 miles. (156 WM- 26 PRR) I think we took coal & water in Cumberland. Officially there was no helper assigned, but we did get a starting push on the rear of the 205 out of Gettysburg. The rail at Harrisburg has since been removed, so site no longer exists.
