Another sad passing

We lost another

great railroad man this past week.  Willis Kilpatrick, former Santa Fe executive who handled the Santa Fe business car fleet for Mike Haverty and later was hired to help create the KCS Southern Belle Biz train for Mike when he was CEO. Willis passed away this past week in Kansas City. He was a class act and wonderful family man. My thoughts are with his wife and family.

I knew of him when he worked for the ATSF, and got to know him a little bit
when he went to work on the KCS. He was indeed a great guy. Thanks for passing 
the word.
