Who are they?

Excursion train LA to Bakersfield (1963-65?).  The engine crew was "Ralph" (L) and "Harvey" (R).  The Bowler hats were part of a celebration for station Lang if I remember right.  Can anyone supply last names or stories?

The man on the left looks like a long retired San Joaquin Engineer  Ralph Moore...  I worked with Ralph on Coast passenger and on freight..  Nice guy to work with...

I wonder these guys above based out of LA and worked train#  51/52, the San Joaquin Daylight between LA and Bakersfield.
