I received word that Mr Welch of Gallup passed on Friday. He was a great gentleman, a wealth of knowledge, and long time Santa Fe employee. He will be missed.

Ron and I go back for longer than most folks would admit their age.  Ron was first rate; as a friend, as a treasure of Santa Fe knowledge, but mostly....the stories he could tell about the Gallup Sub!  Lastly, he was a real friend.  He will be sorely missed by many; me included.
