Another view of oil refinery at Alamosa 6-18-1962
Author: PlyWoody

Most of my photo on my 1962 trip was with black & white film so here
is a sharper image from another angle showing the Gramp's oil being unloaded
after they moved from Chama.

Sorry this is posted on the wrong siding.  My switchman screw up but the crew is off
duty now and too much trouble to delete and reswitch.  Was marked up for Nostalgla
& History.

George, you didn't happen to wander through the fence to photograph the former D&SL 2-6-6-0 boilers being used to power the refinery, did you?  I've got a slide of them, but I've misplaced it.  One still had its spot plate on the smokebox.
