Just got finished with a semi-major update to my webpage, train lists have been updated as well as news on a fairly major event has been posted.

Here's some information about the Latta Sub Sale. CP, and INRD had a meeting with CP Latta Sub employees last week in Terre Haute. CP does not expect the sale completed before March of 2006. INRD will get the trackage rights between Terre Haute and Chicago, but plan on making a haulage agreement with CSX. So INRD will not be operating trains between Terre Haute and Chicago. INRD will continue to operate trains between Terre Haute and Louisville via the Monon and into the NS yard at Louisville. INRD is looking at other routes into Louisville and the other routes could be lined up before the March take over. CP's Latta Yard will become the hub of the INRD in southern Indiana. Fueling of Locomotives and much of the mechanical work done at Switz City will be done at Latta. Potash and Coke trains coming from the CP will continue, as part of the deal is a marketing agreement with the CP.
