Depot restoration project

Looking for information on any depots either on original site or moved, which could be available for purchase and renovation. Type and location is not important. Would appreciate any tips on possible candidates and photos if available.

The Belle Mina depot is probably available. This is on the NS (Southern, originally Memphis & Charleston) line just east of Decatur, AL. The depot was moved a couple of decades ago and is now a block or so away from the tracks. It was used as an antique store until the couple that ran it became to frail.

Forgot to mention that you may see this depot if you look at postcards on eBay. A card showing a North Alabama Railroad Club excursion from the early seventies shows a steam excursion passing this depot.
