I noticed a lot of people just tune to the road channel #8 - 160.230

since what you posted looks like a list of all the channels CSX uses, let me add
one more not listed. AAR 35 (160.635) is used as the dispatcher channel on several
subdivisions (Grand Rapids sub, Toledo area, and maybe others)

The main frequencies for Sand Patch are these:
160.230 road
160.320
161.520

Also monitor 160.530 for yard operations if you're near Cumberland or Connellsville.

PTI is now on this channel in Cumberland, so might give you a better idea of what is stopping where.
