"Norfolk Southern Corp. Vice President Michael Fesen said the
railroad's damage estimates exceed $1 million and still are being
calculated."

It almost works out...
NS gets $1,000,000 from the landslide & owes a little more for the ethanol derailment at Rochester, PA.

said there should have been a risk assessment done of the landslide
hazards from the development and how it would affect the railroad's
main line in that area."
