Umm, was this a pick-up of a bad-order set-out or did Q138 become Q.138? The last time I saw a CSX intermodal train was when one left Cumberland without making its pickup and was pulling a single container (which the crew didin't find unusual.)

My Q148 had one car into Cumberland yesterday. It usually has a pick up at Connellsville, Pa from Q130 but due to a track work curfew in Pittsburgh, they did the swap at Cumberland. I still had a short train east of Cumberland, about 1200 feet with brand new GEVO 5483. And took all 12 hours to get to Baltimore. Sad, very sad...
