Heads up east of Wampum on CSX. 914204, scale test car, left Wampum about 0955. Last car in the consist. This is the first of these I've seen, sorry I couldn't get a pic.

thats odd for it to be the last car of the train. most scale test cars are not equipped with air brakes. so if the car was to be uncoupled there would be no emergency brakes to stop it from rolling away.
