I'm going to be railfanning up this way into Illinois and Indiana and wanted to see some of the shortlines. So when does this railroad operate and where is their headquarters at??

you should start at Gibson City Illinois, if they are running they seem to start in the morning here and then run north with several units and alot of cars. They stop along the way at elevators and disperse a unit and cars along the way to load leaving someone to load it. After they load then they do it in reverse and pick up the units and loads on the way back. The elevator in Gibson City owns them, I would check to see if there are cars at the enginehouse or the engines are outside and that is a pretty sure sign they are running that day.
