Past & Present- Clagg Tower...Louisville,KY
Author: Trainboy92

Hello Ya'll,
Here is a place around Louisville that hasn't changed much in the past 40+ Years. Clagg is a tower that controls the liftspan on Ex-PRR, Now Louisville & Indiana Railroad bridge that crosses the Ohio River from Indiana to Kentucky.

Photo 1(Past Photo) Penn Central #90 "The South Wind" comes off the liftspan at Clagg Tower. This photo was taken back in the late 1960's.(Photo by Lin Moss, TO Member LFM159)

Photo 2(Present Photo) CSXT Y129 Passes "Clagg Tower" on its way to Osborn Yard after a day of switching in Indiana.

Even that scene has changed. Check out the new logo on the tower when you go there the next time,
