Eastern Railroad Discussion > I Flew the "Shoe" ....Twice...Date: 10/22/09 17:15 I Flew the "Shoe" ....Twice... Author: cinder ...After all, shoes come in pairs.
I flew the "Shoe" both Tues. and Wed. Here are two of many. The weather was absolutely perfect....saw several railfans from the air at Cassandra and the eastern tunnel portals. The second image is Cassandra. Despite last weekend's weather, there is still lots of color on the mountain. Date: 10/22/09 22:09 Re: I Flew the "Shoe" ....Twice... Author: BobM If you don't mind my asking, what type A/C were you flying? Are you the PIC?

Just kidding...You must be young using these text messaging abbreviations. The plane was a Cessna 172. Now just what is "PIC"? I had a pilot if that is what you wanted to know.
