Had Friday off so I headed out to Mulberry for the first times in many months to see some CSX Bone Valley action. First was the 0813 stopped at Jamison Road in Pierce for a crew change at 0805 am. SD70M # 4692 in the lead.

Next at 0910 am I got the 0807 leaving Mulberry yard with SD40-2 # 8016 and 8010.

A few minutes later got the same train crossing the diamond in downtown Mulberry.

At 1030 am got the 0816 backing into Mulberry yard with SD40-2 #8005.

After a long lull in the train action I got the 0802 at Bonnie Mine Road by Ridgewood with SD70M # 4699 in the lead at 1:00 pm.

At about 2:25 pm got the 0842 with SD40-2 #8004 and #8009 in the lead at Bonnie Mine Road by Ridgewood.

Final train of the day I took was the 0813 with SD70M # 4689 and 4692 passing by Nichols with loads headed to Rockport at 3:50 pm after which time I headed for home . There were also 3 maybe 4 trains out and about also but could not pin them down where they were as not too much scanner talk from the dispatcher to the trains.

Nice shots! Glad to see they are still running SD40-2's in the Valley. I haven't been there for a few years myself.
