Anyone know any history on PC coach 3931. It's at the far west end of Lycoming Valley Railroad's Newberry Yard in Williamsport, PA. It's in very poor condition and might be headed to the torch. Too bad it couldn't be restored. Sorry I was unable to upload the photos.

There is a ConRail yard caboose, a 33 foot wooden yellow PRR flat car with a built date of 1925. These were posted by me with photos some time ago on T.O. I hope they too are not bound for the scrapper. Since they are all coupled together.
