Eastern Railroad Discussion > Friday Night LightsDate: 10/23/10 06:27 Friday Night Lights Author: CGTower In northwest Ohio, this usually implies high school football, that weekly match up of rival high schools to see who can out wit who. Marching bands play their home school fight songs, the crowd rallies behind their sons and daughters involved as cheerleaders, band members, players, trainers...all roles of the game. The vending booth sells hot chocolate and hot dogs...the traditions continue.
Overlooked by this festivity, the south end of the sidings at Deshler, Ohio stands in the moon lit sky. The archetype color position light signals stare with their red eyes toward the north. But, what's this? A rogue signal has decided to buck his big brother and goes to "Medium Clear", beckoning Q133 south out of the west siding. The local football team scores a touchdown...the band plays and the crowds cheer...yet there is no fanfare for these vital players at South Deshler. CG Tower Edited 1 time(s). Dusk is fine for those signal bridge photos - lights show up well.
