Have An Ice Day
Author: perf4strivection

I know I did after finding this trio of ICE/DME SD40's sitting at one of the eastbound crewchange spots at Garrett, IN this morning. ICE/DME 6101, 6071 and 6436 lead a loaded K678-29 ethanol train on the CSX Garrett Sub. I would have waited for the train to depart and given chase but he was having paperwork issues and a westbound entering the yard had the train blocked so I headed to work and posted a heads up. Let's see some other views of this matched set.

FDF - Thanks for the heads up posted here this morning!

Ice, Ice Baby!

1st - at Hamler passing the I&O ethanol train being picked up by CSX

2nd - at Deshler rolling by work on a switch

3rd - at Walbridge after dropping off the train in the yard. I'm guessing the power will head to Detroit tonight for return to CP.

Regards,
Michael
