Author: melalbert

Caught Amtrak's Anniversary Train making its way down the New York Susquehanna and Western from Syracuse through Binghamton. This is in Chenango Bridge, NY on its way to the Binghamton Yard for an apparent crew change. It's on display at Railfest at Steamtown over the weekend.

Well, soon after it hit the brakes as it approached the yard at Binghamton. With a priority move like this, there is little chance of any conflict. This is the old Lackawanna Syracuse Branch. The Utica Branch cuts off in Chenango Forks several miles north of the first video.
