Dinky Line
Author: Pawlak1961

This is all that is left of a old Dinky Line that ran along Big Sandy Creek in Elliotsville,Pa.
This line was use to haul timber back in the early 1900s I was told by some old timer in the area.
I first time found this rail about 36 year ago and the creek was about 25 feet from the tree then as you can see it will be gone one day. Back then you could still find ties and spikes and see the old rail bed in some spots.
