Does anyone know the origination and destination of Canadian Pacific train 415?

According to the 2000 Canadian Trackside Guide, CP 415 runs from Toronto to Coquitlam (Vancouver), departing Toronto on Wednesdays only.

The CTG might say leaves Toronto Wednesday only, but a trace of lead units on the Laggan sub today yielded:

This would indicate that if 415 was ex-Toronto, it left on Saturday.
