What type of locomotive?

Here is a picture of RJ Corman Railroad Co. # 1829, and need to know what type of locomotive it is. Thanks for any help.

RJ Corman #1829 is a former CSX GP16 rebuild.

Thanks for that info. I forgot last time to ask time how much horsepower does it have?

1600 HP. These units were rebuilt during the Family Lines era of the SCL and then successor Seaboard System. The rebuilding was carried out for the most part at the Uceta Shops of the SCL in Tampa, FL. Some units may have been done a WX(Waycross) but I am not sure.
