I'll address this to the NS informed: is there any truth that the Randall Secondary (ex Erie/EL), or I should say whats left of it, will be sold to the WLE?

As near as I can tell, it's still just rumor, but I'm not as well-informed as you might think I should be, since I moderate the ClevelandRails list on what used to be Egroups and is now Yahoo. If you're not already here, you might consider joining us at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/clevelandrails. There's also a list named WLE dedicated to that railroad that might be able to help you.
