Central West VA forecast for weekend??

Although there is a thread asking about WV already, this query is more specific -- what is moving on the ex-C&O line along the New River and expectations for this weekend? The weather forecast calls for clearing Friday and Saturday although cold. Are roads expected to be clear? And have trains been moving along that line?
