Eastern Railroad Discussion > Caboose heritage neededDate: 10/31/12 20:36 Caboose heritage needed Author: SD45X This westerner does not know eastern caboose very well. Any idea the heritage so I can label it? Thanks. I think it's Sarverville,PA. Or Buffalo Township. I don't get the township thing, not on the map but posted on the road. Any comments on that?

They act like a municipality in that they provide government services but include rural, or unincorporated areas and do not cover areas that already have a city government.
